Very nice picture, congratulations.
The plant on which the bird is feeding is Polygonum capitatum (= Persicaria capitata), an introduced and invasive species quite common in the Azores.

By the way, did you see any Barolo Shearwater (Puffinus baroli) in the sea? It seems a rare species in the Azores...

Ok. Bulwer's Petrel (Bulweria bulwerii) is also quite scarce in the Azores and much more common on Madeira or the Canary Islands.
